The City of Frankfort Fire Department will host a groundbreaking ceremony for its long-anticipated Fire Station 4 on Thursday, July 24 at 10:30 a.m. The event will take place at the station’s future site, located at the southwest corner of State Road 28 West and County Road 600 West. The new station marks a major investment in public safety infrastructure, designed to improve emergency response times and better serve the growing western portion of the city.
Fire Chief Matt Stidham emphasized the practical benefits of the new facility, which is expected to be a modern, fully equipped station built to support the daily demands of the department. You are invited to attend the ceremony, which will include remarks from city officials and fire department leadership, along with light refreshments.
